Forgot to remove the skin behind the BB rib what will it do ?

The membrane? Just make it tough to chew and tough to rip apart.

Cook. It really will not harm the ribs. I believe it can even add flavor because it is holding the natural juice inside the ribs. You may even like them this way.

It didn't hurt my first set.....at all. But I did get some negative comments..so after that I took the next ones off....I couldn't tell the difference.

the dreaded rib police will arrive and take them from you! Actually its tradition to remove - otherwise putting the rub on the membrane is akin to showering in a raincoat.Re-gasketing America one yard at a time.
