First, thsnks to all that responded to my corn in the husk question. Turned out great Next question, I'm going to cook some large butterflied shrimp with shell still attached. Marinade or not to marinade? If marinade, in what? Sure would appreciate any input this great group can offer.

Marinade for a short time using the Spicy shrimp recipe posted by AZRP which is a guaranteed crowd pleaser.
You can also try the lemon honey shrimp recipe I posted.
Honey Lemon Shrimp Recipe
You can do them without a marinade and brush with a good teriyaki sauce right before they are done.
It really depends on what you are serving them with. The recipe section has several variations for you to consider. -
