Pulled out some rib eyes and taters for the family last night. Steaks had Dizzy Pig Cowlick and taters with all the good stuff. First time doing taters on the Egg and they were great, loved the skin and first time using Cowlick on the steaks and they were awesome.
Tonight we will start emptying the freezers and cooking in case Gustov makes a visit, just another excuse the fire up the Egg. If you ever had to empty two freezers and two refrigerators after losing power for three weeks you would understand ;)
