Roasted Brussel Sprouts.

They were very good but not as good as this....

sprouts are often overlooked and under rated. good stuff when not cooked to death and still green.

We all need a bit of that now and then......luckily the word health in Spanish is pronounced Salud!!!!!! and it means Cheers!!!!! In English......so even when we are healthful we have a good toast!!!!! Salud!!!!!!
