Hey PD. Check out the site that the Chicken posted and you'll get lots of great ideas. I have to get tonight's dinner ????? ready now, but the ingredients were mushrooms, yellow squash, red pepper, green pepper, onion, carrot, beef broth, garlic, sirloin beef tips and stir fry sauce. It's really tough to mess up a stir fry unless you overcook. Mark

There is not enough time or stomach space to try all the great looking cooks that show up.

I love beef stir-fry and other wok food.
Nice job your stir-fry, thanks for sharing! Most often I wok in the house but in the fall when the flying insects are gone I wok outside on the egg. I have a cast iron wok with a lava bucket for the egg. -
