I know there was a post recently about this but my sister is cooking these tomorrow at the Denver fest and I would like to know what they are. She got them at Costco and they are packaged 6 steaks to a pack at 2.5 lbs. They taste good but have a springy texture. I'm not sure the best way to cook them, but I'm guessing direct pretty high heat, any ideas? -RP
