17lbs total, let em rest for 2 hours and they just fell apart. Wanted to take pics of the final product, but was too buzy fighting off the guests. Here are the before and after shots...

They look great & probably taste better! Is that a Guru on the table?. I have a large & an XL and I need a blower. I haven't taken the plunge yet, but I need one. Did you have to add any lump during the cook?

Yeah, thats the ProCom4 and it is nothing short of outstanding; kept the hole cook with 5 degrees of 225. I tried Ozark lump for the 1st time and it seemed to burn a little quick so I did need to add more lump in the last 4-5 hours. -
Bet every one enjoyed it! Ozark Oak is what I use. Never find scrap or lots of small chunks. Saw your full cooking set up in earler post. NICE!

Jay, Where do you get the Ozark Oak? I can not find it in Magnolia or Texarkana... :ermm:
