First Butt for the Va Tech LSU game tomorrow.
I have a 5.5 lb BB on the egg. It has been on the egg for about 10 hours at 220. The internal temp of the BB is 160 and steady. My charchoal ran out, but I was successful in getting new coals on and the meet went down to 158 degrees. It is now staying steady at 158 and I am back at 220 dome temp. Should I crank up the heat? And if so, to what temp and how long?
Thanks for any advice
