Nice pie.....

Beautiful , looks better than Fellini's
Did the cornmeal trick I've heard about not work? -
Keep it up and soon you'll be applying for a job at the local pizzeria
-
I'll start my own pizza place. *BGE pizzeria*

Nice pie. Congrats. What kind of sauce?
Mike -
The sauce was Prego Traditional. I also use red/green/yellow peppers, sliced baby portobello mushrooms, peperoni, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. The pizza dough was from Publix.

My favorite, we can doctor that pizza up!

Here's my favorite pic of my pizza cook. It's an amoeba-shaped pizza which the kids helped to put together. I just kept my eye on the pizza by looking through the top vent with a flashlight to make sure that the edges were done, then I pulled it outta there.

"BGEzzeria" Gotta nice ring to it, huh

Awesome that your kids helped. My four year old daughter loves to do the assmebly work then watch me put it on the egg. She helps me look to see if it is ready yet, etc. They arent always pretty, but they are always good. And the fun we have together doing it is the BEST part of the egg, along with Briskets I make.

I use white corn meal just a small amount on the stone and a small amount on the sheet we use to roll out the dough.
-
Very nice looking pizza.
Personally, I use parchment paper for pizzas all the time.
BTW, what was your cook temp and time?
Greg -
I cooked the pizza t 550° for 8 minutes. Plate setter feet down and pizza stone directly on the plate setter.
