I like the nice deep impressions you get with the ceramic grate with boneless skinless chicken. My wife usualy cooks it inside. I have never had fried green tomatoes, I bet they were good.

How long did you cook the chicken? It looks great.

I think the chicken went about 15 min total. I cooked to temp not time. BTW I love the thermapen.
