I have some sweet potato's, any ideas on how to cook them up? Preferably while I'm cooking my ribs..[p]Thanks

    Wardster,[p]Wash them well. Coat with a little butter. Wrap tight in foil (I don't like a smokey potato) and let them cook with the ribs for 2.5-3 hrs. Remove foil, add butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. ENJOY![p]Tim
