Well, I just got a BGE for my arsernal of cookers.. Now what..
I find these things to be very interesting... I have not cooked anything on it yet... Just been putting in some lump charcoal. First time I did it, I got it set on 250 and left it for most of the day and came back and it really did not move from 250. Then I did it again yesterday... Same result. On monday, I plan to cook some ribs on it for the first time to see how well it does.

Well...I have heard that from a lot of people.... I am accustom to cooking on a offset smoker and Backwoods...
It sounds simple on the egg.... I plan on running the temp of to about 275 and put the slabs on till their done.. Simple enough.. -
