Thinking about some sort of chicken dish tonight for dinner. Any suggestions from anyone?? Thanks for any info.

    I'm doing chicken breasts tonight, just marinated in Italian dressing with a little parmesan while the Egg gets hot. I will try about 550 for a few minutes on each side, then dwell until done. Felt like something light after the excesses of the weekend!
