Looking good Angie!
Speaking from my own experience, not having to bend over to grill truly is priceless. You will also appreciate having a little bit of counter space next to the egg to put utensils, plates/bowls, adult beverages, etc.
Now you need to start posting pics of it in use. -
Very clever, Girlfriend! I like it!

Is the Mini big enough to cook a pork butt? Your setup looks really neat and functional, congratulations on it.

Maybe if it came from a guinea pig. But you can sure T-rex a steak! I have a couple of grates and a Marie Calendars pie pan that I use for an indirect setup.

I used to do 4lbs pork butts ages ago. But it is alot easier to do on the bigger BGEs. The smaller butts get done alot quicker though. A lot of fun just to mess with.

Great cart! It kinda reminds me of the new vw bugs how they all have a vase of flowers on the dash (instead of a plastic jesus  ). Maybe that should be the new standard for the minis

Angia, I think that cart is cool. I'd still add some larger castors though. Is it real top heavy?
