That looks great - skin nice and crispy. Did you flip the chicken over for some period of time or just cook at a higher temp?

Old family recipe. Bought frozen in grocery and baked them. They came as an after thought when the chicken was done

I cooked at 400. I didn't flip it. I made an extra tall grate that gets the food about 2 1/2" higher than the top rim of the egg.
