Re-heating Spare Ribs

I had a great cook last night for a bunch of family and friends but ended up with a couple of spare rib racks left over. Before I kill them, anybody have a suggestion on the best way to re-heat without losing the original look and taste?

Peddler,[p]Foil them and re-heat in the oven at 300º. I have also vacuum sealed and heated in boiling water.[p]Stogie
