Get your mind out of the gutter!!
As I previously posted, these 4 butts somehow cooked in 7.5 to 8 hours. But they ended up tasting just as good or better than the 2 butts that took me 12-13 hours! That could be due to the Butt Rub on 2 and the Red Eye Express on 2, vs. a cheap McCormick rub on my previous cook.
