Dizzy Pig Wings...............WOW

Been putting it off forever and just tried the wing reciepe from the Dizzy Pig website. Man, are they good!! I followed the directions to the letter, used Tsunami Spin in the mix, and they were fabulous. Wife just wished I had made more. Cant wait to experiment with the method, adding some hot sauce at the end, changing up the rub mixture. If you havent dived in yet and you love wings, these ROCK! And yes, they got eaten too quickly for any pictures....
