I did a 10.5 lb but Sat (almost 23 hrs), with baked beans, potato salad and cole slaw. Turned out great.
For half time we did my B-L's hot dogs...heres the receipe.
Brown 1 lb of lean burger with 1 pack of taco seasoning, add about 1qtr cup katsup. Drain the excess juice from 3cups cole slaw and mix in horse radish...enough to realy get the taste.
Grill dogs, place on bun, add a healthy strip of brown mustard, top with meat and top with slaw. Bite down.
Everyone went crazy. A real mix of texture, temp and taste.
OT
While the butt was cooking we fired up the pizza oven to make pizza and buns for the pork. I've been having trouble getting dry hardwood for the oven...so I decided to try lump. I used a whole bag of Kings and it bombed. We had to add all of the kiave (mesquite) we had to get the heat up. I thought the lump would really heat the oven up...go figure.

Those sound a lot like the way hot dogs in NC are served when you order them "all the way." -RP
