I'm looking for a good way to make chicken wings fly out of my egg! Can any of you share your eggspertise or recommend any of those from the recipe section?
Thanks in advance,

These are always a favorite at our house and for parties! http://www.dizzypigbbq.com/recipesWings.html
I'm making them tomorrow with Shakin the Tree.
I am also going to try these as well http://houseoffaulkner.com/wings.html as suggested by thirdeye.

Dust with Dizzy Pig Tsunami Spin or Swamp Venom. Cook over direct heat, around 350 dome temp, until done and then dunk 'em in Alabama White Sauce. Dr. BBQ's recipe is my favorite for white sauce from his Big-Time Barbecue Book.

Grill em until virtually done at 375ish direct....
Drop em in the fryer for 60 seconds....
Then take em swimming in your favorite sauce...

Hope this works if not got to the Dizzy Pig site and try his crunchy wings. Excellent stuff! -
Thanks for pictorial and the recipe. I've never tried your sauce, but I will based on this post.

My apologies Jill! I use "guys" as an all inclusive all the time, but not "boys." I'll look closer at these helping me out next time.

I went to the MHWF a couple times when I lived in Collierville and I believe I remember talking to someone about this method. They LOOK fantastic, and I mean really, how can it not be great (grilled + fried = perfection!)
I'll give it a whirl with some of the ones I'm doing today! Thanks
