I volunteered to cook a briskett for our office party so had to go pick it up at lunch. Got home, get her trimmed up, rubbed down and injected with a half and half mix of Creole butter injector mix and beef Broth. MAn I hope this turns out like the others I've cooked cause no one here has eaten any of my briskett YET. Guess I need to shutup about how good they've all been in the past cause if it sucks, I'll never live this down LOL

Rascal,
I'll put it on around 5:30 this evening, should be ready in 17-20 HOURS. Little hickory, little Applewood and some nice bastings of Jack and Olive oil, should do it good
