So I got a little BB 10#er today - they don't have any 'fresh', so I have to dethaw it. When do you think I should move it over to the frig? Maybe Wednesday before I leave for work in the AM?[p]What do you think can be prepped the night/day before, green bean casserole, some stuffing, sweet potatoes, deviled eggs, gravy, and uh beer/wine?[p]Oh, what type of sausage do you recommend for stuffing? Sage/Mild/Regular, or any one of those kicked up with the usually onions and celery?[p]TIA dude - u da man and I know you are buzy.[p]-Mike/Jeeves

if the bird is frozen solid, move it to the fridge now. .. [p]prep the night before, everything but the gravy. ..you need the drippings from the bird for the gravy. . . its the last thing you make before serving your meal[p]i don't use sausage in my stuffing but if i did, i'd probably go with a good sage. ..my personal opinion, the sausage shouldn't overwhelm the stuffing... .[p]HTH[p]max
