Lazy Man's Ribs

<p />Rubbed ribs then a coat of mustard, set-up with plate setter,V-rack and drip pan.Cooked at 250 for five hours never opened "egg"They looked like they would be dry but not so.The egg is the best!(One rack missing from picture)Burp!!

    Spring Chicken,
    Should say they were not "fall off the bone" but tender and moist(really juicy).Wife not crazy about BBQ sauce so just rub and mustard.

    Jim R,you're lucky, my wife doesn't like ribs! Doesn't like prime rib either. Doesn't like fatty meats in general which is proably better for my health.[p]Fish, chicken Filets and pork tenderloin the norm at our house. Of course she and kids only like the expensive fish, lol
