mitch

I had the butcher slice a butt into pork steaks for me. They are about 3/8 to 1/2 inch thick. What do you recommend for cooking time at 250 degrees?

Indirect with apple wood. I personaly like mine hot and fast.
Either way, they are good.[p]Mike

mitch,[p]They have a broad range of doneness. If you are going direct, I guess around 30 minutes. Raised direct, maybe an hour. Indirect, at least an hour.[p]Here is my take on pork steaks.[p]~thirdeye~[p]
