I'll second the crunchy dizzypig wing vote. I even tried it with a mango habenero sauce a friend told me about. [p]1 mango
3T lime juice
2-3 scallions
1 1/2 t molasses
1/2 t thyme
1/8 t allspice
1 habanero
1 to 2 T water to thin out[p]Chunck mango. Put everything in blender and go to town.[p]I've seen raves about the Georgia Red Wings too, haven't tried yet so maybe someone else can chime in.
