Couldn't stand it any longer, Baby Back's in process!

Seems there were a lot of posts this past week on Baby Back Ribs. Couldn't stand it any longer, so went to BJ's today a got 3 slabs vacuum packed for $3.29/pound. They're all covered with French's and JJ's and in the frig. Will cook em tomorrow by the 3/1/1.5 method.
Yummy Yummy, can't wait.
