Just wanted to post a big THANKS to JJ for his rub recipe and to GFW for his rib 3 1.5 1 method of cooking ribs!!! They were awesome![p]I'm a new large BGE owner and just cooked my first 3 slabs of pork spare ribs today using JJ's rub and GFW's special plan for cookin' em. I had 9 folks over for July 4th dinner and NOBODY was disappointed. They said they'd never had better. I agree![p]So, THANKS guys for allowing us to benefit from your ideas. Us newbies might be lost without your expertise.[p]Doug Kitchen
