My First Pork Butt

Hello to all. I'm cooking my first pork butt on my BGE. Put it on at 7 pm last night and is still cooking and smoking (not me the meat) at 9:15 AM. The temperature is 189 and probably will be ready for lunch...wonder how I timed that!!! LOL[p]Am I letting it cook for the appropiate time of about 16 hours for an 8 1/2 LB to an internal temperature of 200? I kept the dome temperature between 220-250.[p]Rich
