Cedar cooked Salmon

I'm looking for some pointers on how to cook salmon on a Cedar plank. What temp, recipe and etc. I am cooking this on a large BGE.[p]Thanks

    Check out the link I provided below. I asked this same question two years ago. Chubby provided a recipe, and it was the most amazing fish I'd ever eaten. I got some Big Green Egg maple rub, and that was absolutely fantastic on this fish. It came out almost candied.[p]Other people use more traditional rubs. Dizzy Pig's Raging River is very popular on salmon, and works great with this recipe.[p]Good luck!
