Tri-Tip Grade

I really want to cook a tri-tip tomorrow but all I can find in my local meat departments currently is select grade. Should I wait and hold out until I can find some Choice or Prime?[p]Also, about how much time should I plan for cooking 2-3 2 lb roasts using the direct method?[p]Thanks everyone!

As to time check out the link.[p]I doubt you will ever find Prime. Select is most always available. We find Choice at Trader Joe's. Select will do fine. Choice is better but don't put things off. Just use your Select.
