I'm going to smoke some salmon tomorrow - I've got a curing recipe I like but looking for some other options to try out. Thanks in advance. [p]Tim

Eggin in Peoria,[p]I use this recipe for salmon as well as the trout. I just brine and smoke for a little longer for the salmon. [p]Chuck
