Pork Butt,[p]Looks great! [p]However, I never wrap my baked potatoes - just rub in EVOO douse with kosher salt and maybe Mrs Dash and cook like normal. You get a nice crispy skin with great flavor and a perfect inside. Seems like wrapping in tinfoil negates the whole effect of the egg. [p]Ed
