Shaved brisket butta cheese steak toasted ciabatta

Butta make it better. Portobello mushrooms sliced thin, red onions, colored peppers, sautéed in real butter, garlic pepper, Cajun spices. Brisket sautéed in butter. Broiled the bread. Assembled. Melted provolone in broiler.

That is bringing it home. The shaved brisket went to a top shelf destination. Great groceries right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
