eggaholic,[p]Tonight I am cooking stuffed chicken breasts. I am stuffing them with ham, spinach and fontina cheese. I have done this on pork chops and they were very good. Now, I wanted to try it with chicken. I can't decide whether or not to slice the breast for the stuffing or pound it flat with a tenderizer and then roll it.[p]Tomorrow I am cooking a beef brisket, wings and boiled shrimp for a bball game viewing.

Now there's an observation only a cajun would make! Yep, the wind is wippin and the fire was jumpin. Improvise! Tators were pulled early and already in the ice chest. Wife forgot the brussel sprouts, dangit.

OK, I got no clue what kind of lobster that is. But it wouldn't take very many of them to fill my 80 quart pot!!![p]Jeeze! Are them big ones still good to eat??? I'd sure like to find out!

1 T dizzy pig dizzy dust
3/4 c cracker crumbs
3/4 c six cheese blend, italian
bacon
more dizzy dust
jack daniels chips for smoke[p]it smells soooooo good on the island this evening! [p]
