Wing Day

Options

Using football season as an excuse to experiment with wing method. This cook:

-put in fridge on a rack to dry skin
-dusted with Red Hot Riplets seasoning (Stl speciality) and cornstarch 
-400 raised direct
-8ish mins on each side
-finishing: toss in mix of half bottle wing sauce and a stick of butter
-2 more mins on each side

Total Cook Time: 3 Budweisers

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

    Wings look great, but I don't know how you did it. I've never had wings cook in 15 minutes.
