Test Turkey

So I wanted to do a test turkey before Thanksgiving.  Invited some friends over and made this:

350 for about 2 hours.  I cheated and used the egg genius.  I put a bag of ice on the breast before it went on for an hour.  I also let it sit in the fridge uncovered over night.  I pulled it at 165 IT in the breast dark meat was closer to 175+
