Baked Potato Help Needed

I am planning on cooking pork ribs this week low and slow, 250 F for about 5 hours as per Outdoor Home recipe.  I would also like to do some baked potatoes at the same time.  I have baked a lot of potatoes on the BGE, but never at this low a temperature and seldom indirect.  Is this feasible, and if so, how long should I plan for the potatoes?
