First off for the love of cooking. I get nothing out of this. But these pans are incredible to me.
The oyster bed company. Not cast iron but have similar properties. Not aluminum but non stick. Heavy and solid. Can handle over 1000 degree Temps and still wipes out once dry and cooled with ease. Pan had area for collecting liquids and can be used to re baste as you cook.
Had to hit the favorites. 4.5lb tomahawk, sockeye salmon, Jones crab claws, asparagus, etc. 800-900 degree Temps.
Had fun. Love the pans. Have some learning to do for sure. Like where to set 800 degree pans while fiddling. Everything cooks faster except meat. Have everything outside. Nevermind it's raining

Some strong cooks there, friend. Very, very nicely done.

They are awesome pans. We’ve bought a couple in the last few years. The oyster platter is a game changer. I cook all kinds of stuff in it and still put it on ice when we have oysters or clams on the raw bar.

looks awesome. It says they are an aluminum alloy. 🤷🏼♂️

Wow!! All looks amazing. I recently bought some metal oyster shells and look forward to trying those on the egg. Maybe a copycat Drago's recipe lol

I’ve said it before but it bears repeating: I like the way you roll, JD!"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

The Oyster Bed Company produced are fantastic. It’s great they multiple sizes. I use them in my Ooni pizza oven all the time. Lighter weight and easier to handle than cast iron and you don’t have to worry about burning off your seasoning.
Great cooks and photos @jdMyersThank you,DarianGalveston Texas
