Bruschetta Chicken

Options
Used @YukonRon ‘s chicken brine that he posted yesterday and made some bruschetta chicken. Let the chicken brine for a few hours and then coated with DP Mediterranean-ish. 

Onto the grill, raised direct @425 ish until done. Put a little Mozzarella on and let it get melty. 



Served with some Cesar salad and homemade Kroger freezer garlic Texas Toast.
