Can you freeze pizza dough and if so how do you do it and how long for it to thaw.

    Yes, it freezes well. Put it in a ziplock and remove as much air as you can. Put it in the fridge a day or two before you plan on using. -RP

    surveyor,[p]When you put it in the zip bag wipe the inside of the bag with a little olive oil...[p]If you have a FoodSaver then put a little oil on you had and rub the dough ball then pop in the freezer..[p]couple of days in the fridge before you use it will be fine..
