I’m currently watching a pit master from Louisiana named Mike Steele. His first dish was a summer squash cooked up in a cast iron skillet. Next up, pork tenderloin with cream cheese and bacon.
Pretty cool that my company organized this. I’ll share the recipes once I get them off my work computer.
