    Whole packers, I get are frozen in cryo, and they are pretty darn good. The grade and quality are the main indicators of a solid result when cooking whole packers.

    I regularly freeze them with no issue regarding to the finished product.

    I buy in bulk 6-10 at a time and freeze all of them.  No issues at all.
