Small town hidden gem. If your familiar then you already know. If not make it a ride Destination or stop along the way. Visit the mural wall if you can. 6 working indirect wood burning grills, place was stacked. No wait. Cooked to order. Country ribs was a 4 piece order, steaks was considered a large order. Had no idea. Thick cut, generous meat portions. Price not hateful.

I love to find places like that when I travel. KCBS used to have a list on their website of commercial BBQ places that were run by serious competitors, and I've been able to visit a number of them here and there. Unfortunately, they don't show that list anymore, so it's largely a matter of serendipity now.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.
