Beef Chuck Ribs

Done on the minimax indirect, then braised, then a quick finish to dry up the bark... Used only beef bone broth from the butcher for the braise and used the braising liquid as a gravy for some flaky layer biscuits (can't beat those things).

Nothing healthy about it but they were delicious. Used 3 different rubs just to try them out. Have to say for these the beef flavor is so strong just staying simple is best.
