Inn n Out Copycat Smashburgers

Wanted to make some smash burgers this weekend. Started out by making the buns. The recipe I used was a cross between a brioche and milk bun recipe. Also made a copycat inn n out sauce and served with grilled onions and jalapeños.

Looks tremendously good. Good rule of thumb for burgers - the messier, the better!!
