never done it either, but much shorter bone and a lot more meat than a leg, not sure you could scrunch the meat up enough..........But, chicken ain't got no rule book eitherVisalia, Ca @lkapigian

As mentioned ^^^ bone too short and too much meat, but more importantly, meat is not symmetrical around the bone.

They are awesome, not worth doing for a crowd but a lot of fun for a couple of friends or husband and wife. I do think the flavor is superior vs a traditional leg because you get to remove all the sinew/cartlidge and you made a better shape.
