Just wanted to know what everyone is cooking for the two great games that we are about to witness? I've got a 2 bone 4lbs prime rib about to go on in about one hour. This is my first prime rib so I am very eggsited. I'm pickin' the Saints because I think Grossman is going to fall on his face and I'm takin' the Pats in what should be one heck of a battle(and Tom Brady played his college ball for the greatest football program in college football...GO BLUE)[p]Smokin' Wolverine[p]

    <p />Smokin' Wolverine,[p]Ground up my homemade Italian Sausage last night.[p]itsausage.jpg[p]This am, added bread crumbs, 1 egg.[p]itmeatballs.jpg[p]Cooked 250 indirect below ribs, constantly spraying with apple juice. Pulled and ready for a grape jelly/bbq sauce topping.[p]itmeatballs1.jpg[p]Ribs will be ready for second game. Saints can't play in the cold.

    I put a three and 1/2 lb brisket in this morning...I had no idea how long it would take. Swamp venom rub and onions on top. got up to temp in record breaking time. I think my egg did not hold the temp very well, it's raining here and I'm too lazy to keep going out. Pulled it at 160 and then into a cooler for an hour. Sliced it and took pics.[p]I will make a broccoli and rice casserole to go with it[p]Go Patriots(got 25 on them)

    dangit....I forgot, in Feb I turn 39 so I am getting myself a guru, not the competition one but a nice one[p]
