Burnt ends? Or No?

Ok I’ve never done brisket burnt ends. I can’t bring myself to not just eat the point as-is. But I’m getting really tempted.

Is it worth giving up the delicious sliced point? And if so when should I separate the two?

Oh! Its worth the effort trust me...Just do it! In fact do it twice, that way you can separate before and after to see which you like best. I separate after but that's just me...

No. Make pork belly burnt ends. The point is too good to cover with sauce.

I love it both ways, just whatever you’re in the mood for man! Since you haven’t done it yet for sure worth a go!
