Weekend Cook

Options
Decided to make some fajitas Sunday afternoon and it might be my new favorite cook on the Egg. I marinated it overnight and then cooked it at 450 direct for about 4.5 minutes a side for lunch on Sunday. Here's my recipe and some pics:

Flank Steak
2 Oranges Juiced
2 Limes Juiced
couple forkfuls of minced garlic
chopped fresh cilantro
a little olive oil
a little salt
Some Pampered Chef Carnitas seasoning (in my haste at the grocery store Saturday I forgot to buy Adobo seasoning which is what I was going to use and had this in the cupboard, and it was an absolutely fantastic substitute).

Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback, not a complicated cook by any means.
