Well, I married me a wife, she's been trouble all my life,

Gave the beer can burgers a test drive tonight and they were outstanding! Indirect, at 300 for one hour was spot on. I did use colby jack rather than cheddar and did not top with the cheese until 15 minutes prior to finishing. The wife stated we would be doing this again in the very, very near future. And of course, I was in agreement.XL BGE and L BGE -

I spent the weekend at my little brothers hunting camp and Sat night we did the beer can burgers. We did 50/50 hamburger and ground venison. Every think else was the same as MotownVol's recipe except that they were cooked on a Weber gasser. End results were excellent less the smokey flavor that comes with a BGE cook.XL BGE and L BGE
